Afro-Sardinian Sausage Fest

I've had a few people reach out to in the last few days with words of encouragement, words such as 'you sick fuck'.

So by way of reciprocating the love I have put together a real treat. Ive named it the Afro-Sardinian Sausage Fest, regal quality Princes tinned hot dogs tossed with tinned pineapple chunks to give them that 'carribean calypso' feel, served with fresh sardines (fresh from the tin that is) on a bed of pork scratchings.

Incidentally I discovered that the sardines had their spines intact so I carefully removed them to create the ultimate dessert...

SPINEAPPLE!

Remember where you saw it first!

Bayonaise (back to basics)

Today I'm takin it back to the old school, just straight up microwaved bacon with a side serving of mayonaise.

Quickly followed by a selection of bread rolls and cheeses with a dash of pate and gherkins.

Surf & Girth

Today's snack commences with the consumption of Sushi with wasabi dip, closely followed by a wide range of cheeses and pate served generously on a plethora of bread roll.

This snack is a traditional dish amongst south coast folk to help usher in the Christmas season.

Ho, ho, ho

Peking At My Mussles

I feel better after that little rest and to celebrate my return to health I have put together a dish named Peking At My Mussles.

It comprises of an 'on the vine' tomato entree, a bowl of less-than-fresh mussles served with a cage of spare ribs and a jumbo bag of tesco prawn crackers on the side.

Jumbo Yumbo,... Mussle Tov!

Liquid Lunch

Today I've opted for a more minimal approach to lunchtime dining. I have to admit to feeling a bit under the weather today therefore my lunch consists of watered down Tesco apple & strawberry cordial with a dash of sprite.

I'll be back on form on Monday...

Naany Beef Curtains

Today's gastroganza is the unmistakable Naany Beef Curtains infected with an Angry Crab nestling between two swollen bollock dumplings.

This is one of those really homely lunches that reminds me of my youth being brought up by Indian dairy farmers on the south coast, I hope you like it too and maybe give it a whirl some time.

Regal Beef Reef

Keepin with the Regal theme, today's lunch features not one but two tins of Princes tinned animals.

Ladies and gentleman I present to you the Regal Beef Reef consisting of two 'sweet pepper boats' manned by corned beef with celery oars and Princes tinned pilchards dancing on the bow waves. Garnished with tomato bouys on the vine and a cucumber distress flare.

Yummy
